We laser time your sprints and identify your acceleration mechanics to find speed gains specific to your sport.

Jumping Evaluation

We go through several jump test to measure power production or compensation patterns.

Strength & Conditioning Baseline

We complete a sprint endurance conditioning test to check each athletes current fitness level. Followed by a short strength workout to check for muscle imbalances
